Eric Raub is a licensed P-1 master plumber in Greenville, North Carolina, who oversees diverse commercial and residential service assignments. Brought on board to launch the plumbing service division at Advance Mechanical Heating and Cooling, he has overseen the hiring of talented professionals and manages ongoing repair projects. Eric Raub previously spent more than a decade as owner of Waterhouse Plumbing, Inc., where he oversaw the sale and installation of equipment and components. His client base included many of the leading chain restaurants across eastern North Carolina.
Mr. Raub spent several years as a service plumber at Delcor Heating Cooling and Plumbing, where he managed projects focused on plumbing system maintenance for restaurants and big-box stores. He also established a commercial service plumbing division for the enterprise. Throughout his career, Mr. Raub has employed quality equipment such as sewer cameras with locators, pipe threaders, kinetic rams, Spartan jetters, and Ridgid snakes. He holds qualifications in his field earned at Essex County West Caldwell Tech.
Mr. Raub mentors others in the plumbing community, and regularly provides support to seniors with low incomes in need of repairs. A physical fitness enthusiast, he enjoys activities such as jogging and mountain biking.
